A comparison about a Teacher-Efficacy and Job-Satisfaction of Sensory Disorder School Teachers of Korea and China

Abstract

|
The purpose of this study were to investigate teacher efficacy and job satisfaction of sensory disorder(visual impairment and hearing disorder) school of Korea and China. The subjects in this study were 109 teacher of sensory disorder school special of Korea and 92 teacher of sensory disorder school special of China. The results of the present study were as follows:
First, Chinese teachers are higher than Korean teachers in a comparison about a quality of a teacher-efficacy of sensory disorder school teachers of Korea and China. And there is no difference between countries in a personal efficacy of a subordinate domain, but Chinese teachers are higher than Korean teachers in a general efficacy. Second, from a comparison about a job-satisfaction quality of sensory disorder school teachers of Korea and China, Korean teachers are higher than Chinese teachers in a general job-satisfaction.
